So I finally got my foot tattoo this past Wednesday by Jay at Leviticus Tatto in Cumberland. Looking at this picture I can see I got a sloppy pedicure on Monday, my little toe is horrendous and there is nothing attractive about a foot.
I went to work on Thursday and Friday but didn't show it off; I stayed low key and wanted to see who would notice and what the reactions would be. Here are some of them, keeping in mind I didn't think I worked in a conservative office:
"Do you like it?" - No I hate it and I hate the new haircolor and haircut I just got too! Why? Why are people compelled to ask this question?
"You got a tattoo?" - Nope, I was bored last night so got out the markers and started doodling! I did a good job, don't you think?
"I hope you like it because you'll have to look at it forever." - Really idiot? Really?
"Why did you get a tattoo?" - Well why do you wear that ugly shirt 3 times a week?
"Did it hurt?" - Nah, it felt wonderful, like a massage. What do you think fucknut?
"If the foot is one of the most painful places to get a tattoo then why'd you get it there?" - Listen, because it's cute, hip and fun...unlike you! Why am I defending myself?
Then there were the coworkers with the nice comments like, "I love it", "That's cool" and "It's really pretty". By the way, those were from the 2 people who are younger than me!
P.S. By the way, YES, I LOVE IT!
