A Year to Reflect Upon

The hiatus is over!

On this April 15th, Tax Day and more importantly my Mother's birthday, I happened to glance through My Favorites on my web browser and click on my blog. As I perused my old posts the lightbulb went off that my blog was a great way to preserve my memories and thoughts and a great way for me to be creative; whether it was commentary of an awards show or current events or to share a glimpse of my life. For me my blog is an online scrapbook. It didn't take much to convince myself to get back to my blogging ways.

Seeing I have a year of events to catch up on I'll be getting my thinking cap on over the weekend. I have considered changing the content or streamlining it if you will but have decided against that for now. My life is chaotic at times, similar to my thoughts. So for now, it will just be me and a bunch of randomness.

Some changes will be my focus on photography and more structured reviews of all of the fun things I am fortunate to be able to do. For instance, the picture above is from my flowerbed last spring. Maybe then the blog will go in a different direction but for now crazy and spastic will have to do.
